Suite à une casse, reconstruction de l'aéroglisseur avec des pieces imprimées en 3D qui comporte la fixation des composants, l'ecope, et les dérives.

Ici l'embase inferieure est en bois contreplaqué (découpe laser) et en dépron (découpe MiniCut2d ), une jupe "amotissante " a été ajoutée pour atténuer les chocs (fichier : parChoc_A_a.dxf)

Essai actuel avec les pièces :

aeroGlisR_A_a.stl (impression 3D, fixation par vis sur l'embase en bois)
gouvern.stl (impression 3D, utilisation de tige de 1,5 mm type corde à piano en guise d'axe )

bride_A_a.stl (impression 3D)
parChoc_A_a.dxf (découpe MiniCut2d )

Les evidements non utilisés ont été fermés sur l'embase d'origine, la version définitive contistera à enlever les évidements sur le fichier d'origine .

Remarque :
Le fichier "aeroGlisR_B_b.stl" n'a pas été essayé, il est orienté pour une embase en dépron avec collage par double face.

Dans la version imprimée et réalisée :
-L'embase est plus lourde que l'embase depron d'origine, voir video pour la réference moteur.
- Le servo ne doit pas depasser 9 mm de largeur pour rentrer dans son emplacement.

Actualisations / ammélorations effectuées mais non imprimées :

Le fichier "aeroGlisR_B_b.stl" est orienté pour une embase en dépron avec collage par double face.

Le fichier "aeroG_A_b_L_TT" permet d'utilisé plusieurs largeur de servo, le servo est a collé et a fixer par un collier Rilsan

Le fichier "deriveA_a" la fixation est remontée au niveau de la tringlerie de liaison servo et derive.

Following a breakage, reconstruction of the hovercraft with parts printed in 3D which includes the fixing of components, the ecope, and the drifts. Here the lower base is in plywood (laser cutting) and in depron (cutout MiniCut2d), a skirt "amotissante" has been added to attenuate the shocks (file: parChoc_A_a.dxf)

Current test with parts: aeroGlisR_A_a.stl (3D printing, screw fixing on the wooden base) govern.stl (3D printing, use of 1.5 mm rod type piano rope as an axis) bride_A_a.stl (3D printing) byChoc_A_a.dxf (Cutting MiniCut2d)
The unused recesses have been closed on the original base, the final version will convert to remove the recesses on the original file.

Note : The file "aeroGlisR_B_b.stl" has not been tested, it is oriented for a depressed socket with double-sided bonding.

In the printed and realized version:
-The base is heavier than the original depron base, see video for the reference motor.
- The servo must not be more than 9 mm wide to enter its position.

Updates / ameliorations carried out but not printed: The file "aeroGlisR_B_b.stl" is oriented for a depressed base with double-sided bonding.

The file "aeroG_A_b_L_TT" allows to use several width of servo, the servo is glued and fixed with a collar Rilsan The "deriveA_a" file is fastened to the servo and drives linkage. Read more
