Plesiosaurus macrocephalus fossil from the Jurassic Period as seen at the Auckland War Memorial Museum in New Zealand.
A juvenile Plesiosaurus macr...ocephalus fossil replica to print, frame, and proudly display your dino-philic or Jurassic-philic nature. Or maybe you just want a copy of Nessie’s bones on your wall to go next to your stuffed bigfoot. I won’t judge.
It should fit in a 5x7 frame for ease of proud display on your wall.

Notes:
This is a large ...flat piece, be sure to use settings and a bed set up that compensate for warp. For the printrbot, I used a thick (0.3 mm) first layer height, 110% first layer width, brim, and 40 mm/sec speed.
I recommend printing the piece full-size or larger. Images provided show the full-size version (in four quarters) and a 50% size version. I do not guarantee accuracy with respect to the original fossil.
As I was confined to a 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm volume, to produce the full-size piece, I had to quarter the model.
