I did not want to constantly have to adjust the knobs every time I repositioned it, so I designed a version that will consistently remain in place no matter how much you adjust it.
It can be manipulated all possible directions. I was surprised by how well it hold the arms in position.

Notes:
I only used support for the LED case ...bottom. I printed the LED strip holder, the LED case bottom, and the LED case top with PETG to accomodate for heat, and the rest of the parts were printed in PLA. 25% infill for all components except for LED case swivel and the LED case bracket at 40%.
Parts

I used 4 mm bolts, nuts, and washers of various sizes for all parts except I used 3 mm bolts and nuts for the small knob. The spring dimensions are 8 mm OD & 1 mm cross section. I cut mine to length. The LED strips wired in parallel.
Instructions

I designed the arm assembly so that there would be spring pressure pushing the arms together. I also tried it without a spring and it works almost as well. I have included a knob with a recess for a spring and also a knob without a recess. You can choose which one you want. Make sure you use a washer on both sides of the spring. This will ensure the spring does not cut into the PLA. I have included 2 different sizes of cable clips, I designed them so they hold the wires firmly against the arms.
