Printer - Prusa Hotend - JHead Electronics - RAMPS 1.4 Slicer - Slic3r 0.7.1 Host - Repetier Host V 0.40 Firmware - Repetier Nozzle - .35 Filament - 1....70mm Layer height - .2 Material - ABS Additional tools - Sandpaper, file, epoxy (or super glue) The plate STL contains all parts to create the box. If you have a smaller platform or would like to enlarge the box (current box is 41mm square) download the zipp file which contains all the individual STL files. BOM for individual STL print is; Back Panel – 1 Front Panel – 1 Inner Box – 1 Inner Top Slider – 2 Inner Bottom Slider – 2 Middle Top – 2 Middle Bottom – 2 Outer Sliders – 4 Top/Bottom Panel C/D – 2 Top Panel A – 1 Top Panel B – 1 Top Panel E – 2 Bottom Panel A – 1 Bottom Panel B – 1 Left/Right Panel C/D – 2 Left Panel A – 1 Left Panel B – 1 Right Panel A – 1 Right Panel B – 1 The design is based off the Black Nightmare plans found here (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/bruce.viney/Black%20Nightmare%20Plans.pdf) I scaled the box by 1/2 and modified some of the dimensions to allow for clearance of moving parts and minimize the amount of additional part rework. Depending on your printer's accuracy, speed, nozzle you may have to sand or file some of the parts in order for smooth movement. NOTE!!! The design as is has very small tabs (only 1mm in width) and some height differences (1.8mm to 2.0mm)If you are using a larger nozzle/layer height you may want to scale up the print. Additional. Test fit everything first before you glue the assembly. Parts will break if you try and force them together.
