This vase can be printed in vase mode or spiralize outer contour in cura, or printed in normal mode. You can uncheck spiralize outer contour to print ...in normal mode, set top layers to 0, set infill to 0%. Bottom layers set to 3 or more. Set walls to 1 or 2 or more for a more sturdy vase if not in vase mode. Can be scaled to fit your needs. The vase in the photo shows vase not scaled at 100% of the stl file at 73mm wide for X and Y and Z is 110mm tall. It has not been tested for being watertight and probably isn't printed in vase mode. If you make it, please post a photo, I'd like to see your print!
Enjoy...

Notes:
Once you plug in the numbers check the 'layer view' of your slicer to make sure the vase is hollow and has a bottom.
The stl file is not hollow. DON'T just blindly download and start printing, you will get a nice solid vase, great for a paper weight, like some people get! Use 0 top layers, 0% infill if not printing in vase mode. I used a wall line width of .8 and a layer height of .2 other widths might work, I haven't tried them. The print should take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes at 40mm/s using vase mode.
