Knurled flush screw lid container - customizable 3D for print

Largely inspired by this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4880397

Use the customizer to change the inside diameter and inside height.

Ov...erall height = inside height + 12mm

Outside diameter = inside diameter + 8mm

UPDATE 2023-07-07: I've updated the scad file to work properly. Previous to this, the customizer would not place the "grab bar" in the lid. Long story short: the customizer does not recognize a parameter that works fine in OpenSCAD. I've used a different method and I hope it is fixed now.
