Print a...ll parts in the orientation shown. (Note: Pram body is printed upside-down.) No supports are needed, but a raft is helpful.
You will need two copies of each wheel and one copy of all other pieces. Most parts are designed to slot together into the correct positions, and are permanently fixed into place with a dab of super-glue. Check the photo carefully for correct placing of the wheels.
On my Replicator 2, I used the following settings for all parts except the hood and the body:
Infill: 100%
Shells: 2
Layer height: .15
The hood and the body were printed at the following settings:
Infill: 10%
Shells: 2
Layer height: .15
Wooden toothpicks or cocktail sticks may be substituted for the printed handle and axles; cut to the following lengths:
Handle: 15/16” or 2.4 cm.
Big wheel axle: 1 1/16” or 2.7 cm.
Small wheel axle: 13/16” or 2.1 cm.
