The lamp is strong enough so the projection is even clearly visible in daylight, in the darkness of course it looks better.
Edit: It seems the customizer is not working, probably the complexity is too high as it is exactly the same code as the low res version which works. I will check if I can lower complexity a bit, until then you can locally create the thing with OpenSCAD. For this you need to scale the picture manually to 85x85 pixels and generate the image array with this script: http://jsfiddle.net/threonin/6dr8qu41/
Then you need to set the variable "part" first to "projector" and then to "lamp" and render both parts.
Edit: Made some small performance improvements by rewriting screw thread library to use a single polyhedron. Customizer seems to work again! Two test images worked that had failed before, if you are still having issues, let me know. Seems like some remixes went through, so it was probably very close to the timeout, now it should be faster by ~16%.

Notes:
All parts are printed a...t 100%. I maxed out resolution for the given diameter, so it is still sliceable in Simplify3D. Other slicers are able to scale it down, but you may get issues with very thin walls if you go too low. Also the lamp body will not fit, when using the projector without the lamp body it will work exactly as v2.
