...Addictive and easy to print, it's everyone's favorite math toy!
It's by far the most fun printed-in-place-hinges toy I've encountered.
I made my own Trihexaflexagon after all my attempts to print whpthomas' model were unsatisfactory, in terms of opening without breaking and flexing without effort. I use an Ultimaker2 and I tried customizing the tolerance up to 0.55 but in vain...
Now indented links are looser and print better for me
Indented clasp works better for me now with no heating
Added chamfers for squished first layers
Kept it thin (H=3.5mm)
L=190mm (35mm per triangle side)
Added a version with 1, 2 and 3 dots
Now also a version with patterns!!
Now also a blank version, as per request.

The original, of course, remains GREAT WORK.
Also I've put this up on Shapeways, in case you want one printed for you!!
The slices for two-color prints were made because I don't like to risk changing colors mid-print. This way it's 3 prints one on top of the other, color 1, color 2, color 1. They each have a 0.3mm frame around them to center them exactly in the same spot on the plate, and to keep slabs b and c floating at the right height. My slicer ignores the frame because the nozzle is 0.4mm, but if your slicer includes the frame for the b and c slabs, the head will probably crash into the already printed layers, so check the print path carefully. (and maybe work around this somehow if that's the case)
