Two options are available: a dual... extrusion and a single color. Glue on a couple of safety pins and ribbons to attach it to your royal top.
I've found that the dual color is heavy and tends to be inclined to droop. A painted single color may be light enough to stay upright.

The wings print flat. I used a heat gun to heat it up enough to deform it. You could probably also use a heated build plate, or if you're really careful, a low temperature oven.
On the back I glued three safety pins and two pieces of ribbon. Unfortunately the two-color extrusion piece is too heavy, so it still droops on the neck. The single color might be light enough to stay upright.
