I am a great fan of the Rammount system to attach stuff to your bicycle or bike. However, you never have enough components and they only come in black... :-)
So when I needed some more clamps, for my GoldWing, I designed my own and it works great for me.
The system is dual-compatible with original RAM, so you can interchange the printed clamps and knobs with each other.
(p.s. you might have downloaded some components during the 'work in progress' phase... I am sorry but those things now have been deleted.
Update 2014-07-07: I published v2 files in which the gap between the two halves is one mm wider, so you can put more pressure on the system with the key. (Depending on infill, the system might bend a bit in the old version)
Don't you have anything to mount ?? Check this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:377092

2014-07-09 Today I uploaded new Key and ALL files.Again with bigger hex nut size 2014-06-28 Today I made this thing w.i.p. again, as the nut hole in t...he key still is a bit to tight. The nut will have to be forced in, which shows at the outside. I will publish a new key soon. Keep checking. 2014-06-25: I updated the key files with a little bigger hole for the hex-nut. (also in the all-plate) My advice is to slice on a .25 mm layer with 40% infill and a solid infill every 15 layers. This makes it both light and strong. I have uploaded 2 files for each component, one as it is and one with a programmed 0.2 mm raft, whenever you need that. The ones with "R" or "raft" in the name have the raft. Finally, the "MOUNT-all" file has all components on the build plate for a complete set of clamp plus 2 knobs. For the clamp, a 6mm hex bolt is inserted from one half and the clamp is tightened by the key, in which a hex nut should be pressed. For the knobs, 2 halves should be glued with cyanoacrilate while compressing with , again, a 6mm bolt through both halves. Thomas www.3Daybreaker.blogspot.com
