Print the saberparts as "spiral vase" and make suee you have GOOD l...ayer adhesion.
Looking for a material sturdy enough is a pita. colorfabb's XT is best so far. (Should of guessed there would be some sablin' involved when printing a lightsaber)
If the cones are to loose, apply some sticky tape to the top ends to increase the diameter.
Help welcome on better cones that withstand 6 an 9 yrs old kids!
This baby goes from 200 to 1000 mm with the flick of a wrist!
