We needed a few adapters and replacements for our garden hoses and irrigation lines (not to mention the irrigation line I accidentally cut with a spad...e...). We mostly use soaker irrigation hoses connected to standard 1/2" hoses.
So here a full set of hose connectors/adapters (incl. printable gaskets) for connecting
Hose to hose,
Hose to faucet,
Hose to Gardena (R) compatible,
Gardena to Gardena
Hose to hose:
Faucet (3/4") to 1/2" hose - print one gasket of type 1
Short straight (directly connect 2 hoses to each other)
Long straight
T-Connector (splitter, connect 3 hoses)
X-Connector (directly connect 4 hoses)
Terminal hose plug (seal 1 hose)
Hose to male Quick Connect adapter - print one gasket of type 2
Faucet (3/4") to Gardena (male) - print one gasket of type 1, one of type 2
Gardena to Gardena (male / male) - print two gaskets of type 2
Hose to male Quick Connect adapter - print one gasket of type 2
NEW: Outer 3/4" thread to Gardena(R) connector - print one gasket of type 2
Working on an easy to print female Gardena compatible adapter, which I must admit is a little tricky...
All hose connectors have an outer diameter of 14.2 mm, which should fit most standard 1/2" hoses (which have an inner diameter of roughly 13 mm) and also work great with 12/16 mm porous soaker irrigation hoses. However, you can scale all hose to hose adapters to pretty much any size you need (including 3/4 and 1" hoses).

FILAMENT Use something that's strong and easy to print. I am using Carbon Fiber PLA , which is stronger and slightly more heat resistant, looks good a...nd is extremely easy to print. I found PETG to be a little trickier (particularly the threads) but PETG definitely helps with heat resistance. I print my gaskets in this black or transparent TPU, which works great for gaskets, but any (rather soft) flexible filament will do (as well as commercial gaskets).
PRINTING Print all connectors as provided (i.e. standing upright whenever possible). All parts are designed so they won't need any supports for printing (except for the T and X-connectors, which are printed lying on their side and need supports).
I really hope you like the design and find it useful. If you feel like tipping (which I greatly appreciate), rather than hitting the "Tip Designer" button, PLEASE donate to UKRAINE (or any other people in need). There is a cold winter ahead and these people will need any help they can get (and they will need it a lot more than I do)! THANKS!!
