The Midnite Solar DC power breaker panel has a large conduit knock-out in the under-side th...at suits two sizes ( 1" and 1.25"). If you knock-out this conduit hole, you need to to be extremely careful, otherwise the 1.25" knock-out comes out. Here is an adapter solution for that large knock-out hole.
This project creates two different objects
- an adapter ring for 1..." conduit
- a cover plate to cover the knock-out in the bottom of the breaker box.
Simply edit the OUTPUT= variable at the top of the scad file to select which version you wish to export.
Included are STL files compiled for:
- adapter ring (for 1" conduit strain relief)
- cover plate (for #4 screw)
- All parts (adapter + cover plate)
Read the comments in the top of the scad file for full details.
Insert the adapter into the bottom knock-out of the breaker box and then install the conduit coupler or threaded strain relief through the adapter.
