Missile pod style AA and AAA battery holders.
I made... two types for AA and AAA.
Since the cowl part is a separate part, it can be printed in a different color.
"aax4-pod case-body" and "aax4-pod case-cowl" are for AA.
"aaax4-pod case-body" and "aaax4-pod case-cowl" are for AAA.

When the scale of "aax4-pod case-body" and "aax4-pod case-cowl" is multiplied by 1.286 when outputting, it becomes the size of 18650 battery.
When the scale is multiplied by 1.286, the maximum battery length in 3D data is 65.5mm.
All data can b...e 3D printed without support on FDM 3D printers.
Use a nipper to cut the small triangular support on the part where the cowl of the "pod case-body" attaches.
There is a 0.2mm gap in the height direction of the small triangular support of the "pod case-body".
Depending on the conditions of the printer, slicer settings, filament, etc., the hatch may be hard to open and close after printing.
Be careful when opening and closing the hatch for the first time.
Before assembling, move the hatch part repeatedly so that it opens and closes smoothly.
If the interfering part is not smooth during temporary assembly, it can be improved by slightly finishing the steps of the layers with sandpaper.
If the hatch comes off when opening and closing, please adjust the length of the slide by pasting tape etc. on the red part of the supplementary image.
