All parts can be printed without supports.
Use a brim if you have bed adhesion or curling issues.
Print the base with extra ...perimeters and a high temp to prevent leaking. If there are still leaks, seal the base with Mod Podge or similar plastic-safe varnish.
Extenders will work best if printed in TPU
