Characteristics: Toy which has both the characteristics of a spinning top with a string launcher, and those of ...the Hand Spinner. Toy oriented to show the gyroscopic effect.

(distance between two opposite faces = 17 mm)
A string diameter ~ 0.8 mm, length 1 meter x 1
Note :
central axis "supp_diam8_A_b.stl" has a tighter fit than axis "supp_diam8_A_a.stl"
according to your impression it may not be necessary to add two rings "ringA_b" to avoid the translation of the axis. (see video)
Note this toy is in testing, it will probably be updated or supplemented with a variant.
Option: If the axle slips in the bearing, add a ring on each side
