We need something special for our friends wedding so we spend some hours and created this wedding box. ...We filled it with coins and money folded to hearts.
For the sake of completeness I added all files you need to print the box as it is.
How I Designed This
The Box
I printed all parts from the box. * PLA-white * Front_tiles_no_symbols_less_verticals.stl * SBFB-SIDE_TITLE.stl * SBFB-FRONT_TITLE.stl * SBFB-BOTTOM.stl * SBFB-CATCH.stl * SBFB-CATCH_GUIDE.stl * SBFB-DRAWER.stl * BLANK-TOP.stl * SBFB-MIDDLE.stl * PLA-gold * SBFB-KEY.stl * PET-transparent * SBFB-SPRING.stl Modified are only the front tiles from the "Sun and Moon Secret Box" remix. I removed the moons to get a clean straight surface to glue the accessories on top of it.
Front Tiles Accessories
I selected the Icons I liked from the "wedding icons. chipboard. scrapbooking" project, resized it to round about 15mm x 15mm and printed it in the colors I liked. In my case heart in metal red rest in gold. [Thingiverse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2565507)
Top Accessories - Leafs
I printed a bunch of green leafs in different sizes from the "Leaf Relief" project. [Thingiverse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1912175)
Top Accessories - Names
I used openscad(http://www.openscad.org/) for this. Openscad can use the system fonts. So you can find out what is the best font when you make use of your favorite text editor and the use it inside Openscad. The code I used to generate my text is: ` $fn=360; linear_extrude(height = 3) { text("Janina",size = 10, font = "Segoe Script:style=Bold Italic"); } ` In short: * dowload openscad(http://www.openscad.org/downloads.html) * find the right font with your system editor * modify the code I used(font and names) * press F6 to see the result * click "STL" to get the stl files
Top Accessories - Hearts
I did a a quick remix of the "Simple Heart" project, resized it and printed it in a nice looking metal red. [Thingiverse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3060098)
