The glasses can be printed on a dual e...xtruder printer, just add and align glasses_2019_dual_extrude.STL file and assign parts with desired colors.
You can also print the color insert separately using a different color and then insert it into the frame. You can secure it with glue if needed.
For children's size apply 80..90% scale before printing.
I added a single arm file (the left) in case if you need to reprint it. Use the mirror operation to reprint the right arm.
