Since my printer had a hard time printing this ring because of the super-detailed surface I decided to tune it down in meshmixer so you don't have to.... Also shortened the tiny appendages a tiny bit because the tiny points were just too small and caused issues with sticking to support too much. This makes the surface nicely smooth and easier to print.
So, here is the smoother version, I recommend printing it at 2500% size for thick fingers and 2200/2300% for normal fingers. But you'll have to find it out yourself and tune your prints accordingly to your own machine's standards.
