This a set of component organizer trays for the Puerto Rico 10th Anniversary Edition.
This a set of component organizer trays for the Puerto Rico 10t...h Anniversary Edition. This stores all of the components in the box, including all the expansion buildings and nobles. The player boards and instructions manual fit snugly on top of the two trays, with a small amount of breathing room for extra printouts.

This insert is specifically designed for the Puerto Rico 10th Anniversary Edition box, and retains the cardboard liner. I don't know if it fits the regular edition box, but it can probably be re-scaled slightly if there is a difference in size.

3d model print parameters

These trays are almost 300mm long, and so require a large format printer. The walls are 1.2mm thick, and so can be easily printed with 0.4mm or 0.6mm ...nozzles. A coarse layer height does not affect functionality. There is a small 45 degree chamfer where the outside surface meets the build place, this is to make sure that the insert fits well into the cardboard box; if you print with a brim, be aware of that feature when cleaning up the print.
