You need to Print:
1x Core
2x BigCenter+Cap,...
5x SmallCenter+Cap
5x Edge.5
10x Edge.10
10x Corner.10
Make sure, that in your print especially the first and last layers are rounded properly, otherwise turing th puzzle might catch.
You Need M3-Skrews. If you use springs it is 5x M3x30mm + 2x M3x20mm. If you dont use springs you propably need about 20mm and 15mm (but i didn't test it).
The PDF help you to cut the Stickers correctly, just print it on a regular sheet of paper and glue it with non fluid glue (Pritt-stick) on the back of your stickers sheet. Cut so, that non of the black line-segment is cuttet away for good size.
General Konfiguration: You need quite a lot of Brim for the Core. The Pieces are not hollow, so use infill structures. I Used 20% infill with ...3DhoneyComb, 3Layer Perimeter, and 4-8 Layer bottom and top Perimeter (depending on the pieces). Orientation: Some Pieces (smallCenter+Cap and BigCenter+Cap) should be rotated in the slicer, I think. You can also rotate the Corner.10 and Edge.10 by 180° to improove the quality of the inner mechanism, but only if your Printer can handle the small support (mine couldn't). Independend of all that, I realized it is a good idea to rotate the Edge.5-Pieces by 90°. This will ensure that the Edge.10 and the Edge.5 pieces have different Layer-orientation and will most likely increase the turning quality. Again, this only works if your printer/slicer could handle the support - mine couldn't.
