The branch tee I have printed in PLA in horizontal position with supports on the bed and with border.
It is precisely these two pieces that I attach in stl format. The rest is better to acquire them.
3d model print parameters
Materials:
2 Syringes of 10 ml
2 syringes of 5 ml
1 syringe of 60 ml
4mm inner diameter flexible tube
Method:
- Print 2 springs of 12 x 20... mm with filaflex
- print the T-shaped branch with rigid plastic (PLA for example)
- Cut the 10 ml syringes along the 3 ml line
- Cut the 5 ml syringes along the 2 ml line
- Cut the plungers of the 5 ml syringes 2 cm from the tip.
- Cut the flexible tube into 3 pieces about 6 cm long
- Heat the ends of the tubes and insert them into the T and the one that comes out of the middle into the 60 ml syringe.
- Non-return valves:
- Insert the springs into the cut pieces of the 5 ml syringe
- Spread hot silicone on the outside and insert the plunger and the cut piece of the 10ml syringe.
- Seal the joint also on the outside.
Plug the non-return valves into the outlet tubes of the tee so that the plungers are facing the same side as shown in Cesar's video.
