I found this model in a cache of unreleased designs from a few years back. You'll need supports when printing. I'll release more from that batch a...s I get them cleaned up. There's an 18mm scale version of this guy on Thingiverse, though this one is scaled up, is posed slightly differently, and the base has been removed.
