This is a domino shaped cookie cutter set.
Designed in Autodesk... Fusion 360. The design is parametric - d_dot parameter sets the dot diameter and hence the rest of the design.

Print it on the side with support. In this case only the domino dots will need some minimal support.
- 500 g flour
- 150 g caster sugar
- 250 g honey
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tsp b...aking soda
- 1 egg
Combine flour, caster sugar, spices and baking soda. Slice the butter into the honey and melt them together in the microwave and mix properly. Combine the melted stuff with the draw ingredient mixture, add the egg and develop into an even dough. Avoid overkneading - loose the dough with a bit of lukewarm water if it becomes too tough.
Wrap it in cling film and leave it as it is for 12-24 hrs (the more rest the better cookie).
After resting completed stretch the dough to 5-10 mm thick (spread the table first because it will stick), cut the dominoes, mark them with the numbers and bake them in preheated oven on 150 ℃ for ~15 minutes.
Leave them rest for a few minutes. For glazing let them rest for 1-2 days at least.
## Decorating
- 1 egg white
- 150-200 g caster sugar
- 8 drops vinegar
Whisk the egg white to a half-hard consistency and start to slowly mix the sugar in it teaspoon by teaspoon, until you reach the thickness what you can load it to a piping bag. (The mix should move slowly from a spoon).
Fill a piping bag with the mixture and decorate the cookies to your taste.
