Face Protection developed to be printed one over the other, it is designed to be printed w...ith 0.6 nozzle (there would be no problem in printing with 0.4, only the delay time) its design is complete since it consists of front protection eaves, hinged joint system and very safe ratchet adjustment, it also has two additional safety clips to hold the acetate to the edges.
The design has a top stop for the acetate that by simply making two cuts to the ends and bending them does not come off, and as I mentioned it also has safety clips.
The printing layers should not be very high, especially to prevent the eave of protection of the forehead is permeable, according to what I have experienced in this model the layers should not be greater than 0.27mm, I would recommend starting with a layer of 0.25mm and speed of 60mm/sec, the filling is not very important, since it practically does not carry, with 33% it goes well.
In the case of printing one over the other (this is the idea of the design), the Z light (between visor and visor) must be equal to the chosen layer height, e.g. for layer height 0.25mm the copied object must be moved up 11mm + 0.25mm (visor strip width + layer height).
Attached to the publication are:- the base model - model x 3 (for layer 0.25) - model x 5 (for layer 0.25) - model x 3 (for layer 0.27) - model x 5 (for layer 0.27)
