Print at 1...00% infill for a strong part. This will likely be put under stress in your pocket, so you want it to be strong.
For multiple colors use the cura pause at height plugin.
4.1mm and 3.1mm. Make sure to enable retraction ~5 mm

I downloaded this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:489323 and saw there were some issues with the drawing. Things didn't line up perfectly, so I redre...w it. The old version has some errors that are autofixed (you can see them on the thing view of the original STL) in slic3r.
