Make a sticker or just write directly on the bottle Mon/Tue/Wed, or Morn/Aft, or whatever you need for your schedule
Print it out, put it over the bottle. If your bottle isn't 32mm, adjust the SCAD and generate a new STL from it.
When you take your Monday meds, turn it to Monday. Unless you forget for a week, you're good to go.

I keep forgetting if I've taken my meds yet today. This is just a simple ring to put around the bottle, to indicate a position on a sticker underneath....Make a sticker or just write directly on the bottle Mon/Tue/Wed, or Morn/Aft, or whatever you need for your schedule
